Availability is constantly changing. Even if the room is currently fully occupied, please contact us, as there may be recent move-outs and we might be able to assist you immediately.

Perception of noise varies from person to person, so we cannot make definitive statements. However, due to the nature of share house, private rooms are generally closer to each other than in standard rental apartments.

Some residents work remotely. They do so in their private rooms, in shared areas such as the living room and the 2nd floor library, or at the coworking space (ANNEX)* located just a one-minute walk from the share house.

*Please note that using the coworking space requires a card key registration fee of ¥5,500.

The resident composition varies depending on the move-in period, but we strive to maintain a balanced gender ratio. Most residents are in their late 30s or younger at the time of move-in. About 10% of residents are international. We generally do not accept student applicants.

As people of different ages, professions, and backgrounds live together, please be considerate of each other. At RYOZAN PARK, we highly value our community, including alumni. We therefore welcome residents who are willing to actively engage and communicate with each other.

After moving in, you’ll be invited to a residents-only SNS group. Please share any notices with other residents either directly or through this group. In addition, residents hold a “Residents’ meeting” once a month. These meetings have been held since our share house first opened, and participation is generally required (reviewing the minutes afterward is also acceptable). During the meetings, residents discuss any concerns or impressions regarding shared areas to help improve life in the share house. They also provide advance notice of things like friends visiting.
