Membership Conditions
- An initial fee of one month’s admission fee and one month’s security deposit are required
- The head office must be notified of cancellations at least 2 months prior to the leave date
- Wifi, electricity, and water are included in the rent
- Upon cancellation, half the security deposit will be deducted from the cleaning fee.

Membership Conditions
- Private booth members can freely register a business address, a mailbox, the 1F coworking space in Sugamo & a locker.
- The initial costs include an entry fee, one month’s rent, and a security deposit
- The head office must be informed of all cancellations at least one month prior to the leave date.
- Utilities such as Wifi, electricity, and water are included
- Half of the security deposit will be deducted prior to moving out for the cleaning fee.
